Delivery:
Our stocked products are normally delivered in 1-3 working days and require simple self-assembly.
We also supply a range of chairs that are made to order and can be made bespoke to the customer's requirements. These chairs are made and upholstered to order with all components generally in stock. As these chairs are upholstered and made to order please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, this can often be much sooner. If you have an urgent requirement please contact us prior to ordering and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
Delivery times are displayed within the details of each product.
We offer a guarantee varying from 2 to 5 years depending on the product. The guarantee is effective when a fault occurs and when there is no sign of abuse or incorrect use.
Returns:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.
Return Period:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and undamaged items. These will need to be returned in a new condition in the original packaging. The return of unwanted items is at the customer's cost. Chairs made to order are non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@chilliseating.co.uk to initiate your return.
- Pack the items securely, including your order number and the reason for return.
- Send the item back to us at Chilli Seating Ltd, Unit B Overhouse Farm, Freasley, Staffordshire, B78 2EZ.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our team and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement part, full replacement or full refund. For faulty items, please refer to the warrantee period applicable to the item. Please contact us for any information regarding this.
